Gary Anderson, a two-time World Champion, is gearing up for his 16th consecutive World Championship appearance at Alexandra Palace, where he has had remarkable success. Anderson is one of only three players to win back-to-back titles at the venue and has recorded 51 wins there, second only to Michael van Gerwen. His 2024 season has been stellar, with three PDC ranking titles, including a European Darts Grand Prix victory. Anderson has also posted some of his best performances, including averaging 123.83 in July and leading Scotland to the World Cup semi-finals. Despite not winning many major titles this year, he remains a strong contender, entering the tournament at the second-round stage.
