Luke Humphries claimed the 2025 Winmau World Masters title after edging Jonny Clayton in a dramatic 6-5 final in Milton Keynes. Humphries led 5-2 before Clayton staged a thrilling comeback to force a deciding set, but the world number one held his nerve, sealing victory with a double top in the sudden-death leg.
The win marks Humphries’ seventh major title in 15 months, cementing his place at the top of the Order of Merit. Clayton impressed with victories over Luke Littler and Dimitri Van den Bergh en route to the final, but fell just short. Humphries now shifts focus to the BetMGM Premier League and upcoming ProTour events.
