Gerwyn Price claimed his first PDC ranking title in over a year with a thrilling 8-7 comeback win over Chris Dobey in the Players Championship Two final. Trailing 6-3, Price capitalized on Dobey’s missed opportunities to win five of the last six legs, securing his first ProTour crown since 2023. His path to victory included wins over World Champion Luke Littler and Ryan Searle, showcasing his return to top form.
Dobey, who had earlier defeated Price in the Premier League, impressed with dominant performances against Callan Rydz, Florian Hempel, and Ross Smith but fell short in the final. Meanwhile, Beau Greaves made history with her first PDC ProTour win, averaging 102 in her victory over Josh Rock. The ProTour season continues with Players Championships 3-4 in Rosmalen on February 17-18.
