Gotthardt and Bellmont Secure Spots as Latest International Qualifiers for Ally Pally

Kai Gotthardt and Stefan Bellmont will both make their debuts at the 2024 Paddy Power World Darts Championship next month. Gotthardt secured his spot by winning the HYLO PDC Europe Super League in Hildesheim, where he triumphed in several tough deciding-leg matches, including an 8-7 victory against Paul Krohne in the final. He will join fellow German players Martin Schindler, Gabriel Clemens, Ricardo Pietreczko, and Florian Hempel at the tournament.

Bellmont, the first Swiss player to qualify, earned his place through the West Europe Qualifier in Kalkar. The 35-year-old defeated Jimmy van Schie 7-6 in a thrilling final, coming from behind to win with a 124 finish. He also beat several other competitors during his run. Five more international qualifiers will be confirmed in the coming week, including the East Europe Qualifier in Slovakia and the Winmau World Youth Championship final, which will determine another participant.
