The 2025 Winmau World Masters kicks off on January 30 at Arena MK in Milton Keynes, featuring 32 players competing for the prestigious title. The field includes the top 24 players from the PDC Order of Merit and eight players who earned their spots through Wednesday’s Preliminary Rounds. The first round, spread over two nights, will feature big names like 2024 Masters champion Stephen Bunting, world number one Luke Humphries, and former World Champions such as Rob Cross, Gerwyn Price, and Peter Wright. Players like William Borland, Michael Smith, and Jermaine Wattimena are also vying for a chance at the title.

As the tournament progresses, top stars like Luke Littler, Michael van Gerwen, Gary Anderson, and Dimitri Van den Bergh will enter the fray, facing off against strong challengers like Andy Baetens, Bradley Brooks, and Chris Dobey. The event will follow a set format, with matches progressively getting more intense as the rounds unfold, culminating in the quarter-finals, semi-finals, and final on February 2. The winner will take home a £100,000 prize, while the runner-up earns £50,000, with prize money extending to the quarter-finalists. The tournament will be broadcast live on ITV4 in the UK, and through various international broadcasters.
