2025 Ladbrokes UK Open Amateur Qualifiers to Feature Community Venues

Amateur players will have the chance to qualify for the 2025 Ladbrokes UK Open through a series of events in January and February. In a shift from previous years, the PDC will host qualifying events at four PDC in the Community venues: 25 Bull Darts (Pencoed), Out Out Bar (Newport), Somercotes Snooker Club (Derbyshire), and The Victory Pub (Plymouth). Each venue will hold pre-qualifiers leading to a final round to determine one winner per venue, securing a spot in the UK Open at Butlin’s Minehead Resort from February 28-March 2.

In addition, the PDC will stage two standalone Amateur Qualifiers: one on January 20 in Milton Keynes and another on February 9 in Wigan. Each day will feature two events, with up to 256 players competing, and the top two from each event will qualify for the UK Open. The remaining four spots will be awarded through an Amateur Qualifiers Points Table. All events are open to players aged 16 and above who do not hold a PDC Tour Card. Entries for the PDC events cost £10 and close two days before each event.
