PDC World Championship sponsor Paddy Power announced a £180,000 bonus for every nine-darter hit during the tournament, part of the BIGGER 180 campaign, with the prize being split between the player, Prostate Cancer UK, and a lucky fan. However, 17-year-old Luke Littler, who is too young to receive the bonus, would have missed out. To ensure he isn’t left out, Village Hotels stepped in, pledging to pay Littler £60,000 for every nine-darter he hits during the event. This generous gesture was praised by PDC chief executive Matthew Porter, who commended Village Hotels for their support of the sport and its charitable efforts. Littler is set to face either Fallon Sherrock or Ryan Meikle in the second round of the Championship.
