Record Demand for JDC Advanced Tour Spots as Interest Soars

The Junior Darts Corporation (JDC) saw a record demand for spots on its 2025 Advanced Tour, driven by the growth of junior darts and the success of players like two-time JDC World Junior Champion Luke Littler. In 2024, the number of JDC Academies doubled globally, fueling interest in the sport. The Advanced Tour features 32 players competing in 20 tournaments over five weekends, with a total of £18,000 in prize money. Alongside this, the Foundation Tour and JDC Girls’ Series will offer more opportunities for younger players, with a combined prize pool of £30,000.

A total of 187 players participated in the 2025 Q School, with 13 securing Tour Cards, including new JDC World Junior Champion Lex Paeshuyse. The Foundation Tour will feature 20 tournaments for players aged 10-18, while the Girls’ Series will provide 20 events for female players. Both tours will run across five weekends, offering additional platforms for young darts talent.
