The Premier League Darts will continue to visit five iconic UK venues until at least 2027, following a new partnership between ASM Global and the PDC. The venues—AO Arena Manchester, Utilita Arena Newcastle, first direct arena Leeds, Utilita Arena Sheffield, and P&J Live Aberdeen—are known for their unique atmosphere and popularity among fans. These arenas have a long history with the event, with Aberdeen hosting since 2006, Newcastle and Sheffield since 2007, Manchester since 2008, and Leeds since 2014. The new agreement ensures that these cities will remain key stops on the Premier League Darts calendar through 2027.
The 2024 BetMGM Premier League was the largest in the event’s 20-year history, and ticket sales for the 2025 season have already seen unprecedented demand. The 2025 season will see reigning World Champion Luke Humphries, seven-time Premier League winner Michael van Gerwen, and the 2024 Premier League champion Luke Littler, among others, competing. PDC Chief Executive Matt Porter expressed excitement about securing the future of these popular venues, while ASM Global’s James Taylor emphasized the continued commitment to delivering top-tier darts experiences for fans. Tickets for the 2025 season are now available for purchase.
