Greaves Makes History with First Women’s ProTour Nine-Darter

Beau Greaves etched her name into the record books in Leicester on Wednesday, becoming the first woman to hit a nine-darter on the PDC ProTour circuit.

The 22-year-old delivered perfection in leg three of her second-round tie against Mensur Suljovic, following consecutive 180s with a brilliant 141 checkout. Greaves went on to edge past the Austrian in a deciding leg before bowing out to Scotland’s David Sharp in round three.

Her achievement sees her join rival Fallon Sherrock, who previously struck a nine-darter in PDC competition during a 2023 Winmau Challenge Tour event.

“I couldn’t believe I’d hit it,” admitted Greaves.

“I just about hit the treble 19 and then I was quite confident that the double 12 was going in.

“I couldn’t stop smiling because I couldn’t wait to tell my dad, even though I knew he’d be watching it!

“I’ve narrowly missed hitting one a few times so it was nice to finally hit one.

“It’s nice to be the first woman to hit one on the PDC ProTour, I’m glad it was on the stream as well.

“It was hard to get back into the game after I’d hit it, I was shaking afterwards. It was nerve-wracking but I managed to get the win in the end!”

Greaves has enjoyed a strong start to life as a Tour Card Holder, reaching two Players Championship last-16s in 2026. She also extended her remarkable Women’s Series winning streak to 113 matches and posted Development Tour averages of 117.88 and 111.33 earlier this month.

“I’m enjoying my start to life on the PDC ProTour,” she added.

“You’re playing the best players in the world so if you lose a game, it’s just a case of your opponent playing better than you on the day.”
