Bullseyes and Bayanihan: Sibugay Marks 25 Years with a Darting Spectacle

The silver jubilee of Araw ng Zamboanga Sibugay will be celebrated with precision, passion, and pure competition as the 25th Araw ng Zamboanga Sibugay ₱150,000 Regional Dart Tournament takes center stage on February 21–22, 2026, at the Provincial Capitol Grounds in Ipil. More than a sporting event, the tournament stands as a tribute to Sibugay’s 25 years of growth, unity, and community pride.

Sanctioned as a National Darts Federation of the Philippines (NDFP) Regional Ranking Event, the competition is set to draw top darters from across Mindanao and neighboring regions, all eager to earn ranking points and prove their mettle on a high-stakes stage. With bragging rights, ranking honors, and a ₱150,000 prize pool on the line, every dart thrown will matter.

The event is presented by the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay and organized by the Kalye Tirador Sibugay Darters Club, whose grassroots efforts have helped grow the local darts scene into a thriving sporting community. Their partnership reflects the spirit of bayanihan—bringing together athletes, supporters, and spectators in celebration of both sport and province.

Backing the tournament is Robson Sportscraft, ensuring world-class standards with the use of the Robson Razor Bladewire Dartboard as the official board. Known for its durability and consistency, the board promises fair play and top-level competition throughout the two-day event.

As Zamboanga Sibugay commemorates its 25th founding anniversary, the dart tournament adds a modern competitive edge to the festivities—where steady hands, sharp focus, and local pride meet. When the final dart hits the board, one thing is certain: Sibugay’s anniversary celebration will be remembered not only for its history, but for the bullseyes that defined it.
