The race for the 2025 Chris Sports Player Lady Darter of the Year (LDOTY) is heating up as Janice Hinojales of Davao City edges past long-time leader and 2024 LDOTY winner Giselle Bulahao of Benguet in the Q2 rankings. Hinojales now tops the leaderboard with 290 points, just seven ahead of Bulahao’s 283, setting the stage for a thrilling second half of the season between two of the country’s finest female darters.

Rising star Karen Lapiz of General Santos City holds third with 161 points, while Aileen Oclarit of Butuan City remains steady in fourth with 148.

Completing the Top 10 are Ging Ansale (Bukidnon, 131), Lovely Mae “Bebang” Orbeta (Manila, 125), Mhayzel Maralit (Makati, 115), Layden De Jesus (Baguio, 113), Mylene “Mymy” Santos (Taytay, Rizal, 100), and Nikkie Quintana (Cagayan de Oro, 76).

With several tournaments still to come, the LDOTY race remains wide open, promising more surprises and shifts on the leaderboard.
