  • Order acknowledgments do not guarantee acceptance.

4. Product Description and Pricing

  • Prices are listed in Philippine Peso (PHP) and may be inclusive or exclusive of VAT as indicated.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Delivery and Shipping

  • Delivery addresses must be accurate and complete. Details required: House Number/Street, BARANGAY, Town/Municipality, City, and ZIP.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

  • Delays caused by couriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control shall not be our liability.

  • You are responsible for receiving the order or arranging authorized receipt.

8. Risk and Ownership

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery.

  • Ownership of the goods transfers only after full payment is received.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only for:

    • Defective products

    • Incorrect items delivered

  • Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, within 7 days from receipt unless otherwise required by law.

  • Refunds are processed within 15–30 business days after inspection.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our fault.

10. Warranty and Defective Products

  • Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Valid claims may result in:

    • Replacement

    • Refund

    • Repair (where applicable)

  • Warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification.
