The Mayor Bruce Matabalao 500K National Dart Tournament, held December 4-7 at City Mall of Cotabato in celebration of the Shariff Kabunsuan Festival, showcased a thrilling Manager’s Cup event, bringing together 14 top players in a battle of precision and nerves. Sanctioned by the National Darts Federation of the Philippines and organized by UDK, the competition featured the official Robson Razor Bladewire Dartboard and was sponsored by Mayor Bruce Matabalao.

Claiming the championship was Daniel Facturanan of The Fact, who displayed remarkable accuracy and composure to outscore his rivals. Yanyan Gecosala of Widac put up a strong fight but settled for runner-up. Sharing third and fourth places were Cris Bayron (Pacman) and Micheal Viola (Kian’s Grill CDO), while Bong Cordero (Takuza), Lucky Uy (UDK), Oliver Nuevo (Joker Zamboanga), and Al Balawag (J3) rounded out the top eight, all showcasing impressive talent and competitive spirit.
The Manager’s Cup provided fans with intense head-to-head action, highlighting strategic throws, clutch finishes, and the growing depth of skill in Philippine darts. With Facturanan’s victory, the tournament not only celebrated the Shariff Kabunsuan Festival but also reinforced the city’s reputation as a hub for the nation’s rising darting stars.
