Built to Win: When Four Become One at the Mayor Sammy Co Cup

Pagadian City witnessed teamwork at its finest as the Mayor Sammy Co Cup 200,000 National Darts Tournament lit up the Asenso Convention Center on January 10–11, 2026. With 40 elite teams locking horns in the Fixed Four Person Team event, the tournament turned into a true test of unity, timing, and tactical brilliance. Organized by the PAGZUR Darts Club and backed by Robson Sportscraft, every throw on the Robson Razor Bladewire Dartboard carried the weight of pride and precision.

Rising above the rest was the powerhouse squad Robson / Mr. 26, a quartet that played like a perfectly engineered machine. DJ Tongcopanon, Oliver Ladores, Aris Quijano, and Albert Dela Serna blended firepower with calm execution, dismantling pressure legs and closing matches with authority. Their chemistry was unmistakable, their focus unbreakable—earning them a well-deserved championship finish.

Refusing to back down, Kumpadres delivered a gritty and disciplined run to secure second place. Mark Lumilang, Manman Mondares, Ryan Galceran, and Marion Omac showcased resilience and veteran composure, pushing every match to its limits and proving why they remain a feared team on the national circuit.

Sharing the third and fourth spots were two formidable lineups. GMD SPV, led by John Ray Sajol and John Mark Bracero alongside Eduard Largo and Aaron Anadeo, displayed explosive scoring and fearless checkouts. Joining them was the mixed-power squad Mr. 26 / Metrix / Super 5 Transport Iligan / Overtime, where Alex Tagarao, Basco Pananggulon, Nutts Guba, and Jayson Garao turned experience into consistency.

The quarterfinals were equally stacked, with VCHDC / Project 587, Jomsa / JM Autoshop, Team Manugraph, and SCDC Dapitan all proving that depth and teamwork define modern darts.

In the end, the Fixed Four Person Team event wasn’t just about accuracy—it was about trust, timing, and four minds moving as one. At Pagadian, darts wasn’t played solo; it was built together, one throw at a time.
