Blueprints to Bullseyes: 130 Darters Light Up the ₱200K Bayanihan Open

The spirit of bayanihan took center stage as the United Architects of the Philippines District A2B mounted the ₱200,000 Bayanihan Dart for a Cause from December 12–14, 2025, at the elegant Las Haciendas de Luisita Club House. Sanctioned by the National Darts Federation of the Philippines and supported by Robson Sportscraft, the event turned a weekend into a full-blown darts spectacle, with the Robson Razor Dartboard witnessing every pressure-filled throw.

In cooperation with Arkitekto Sigurado, Movers of Progress, Tarlac City Darters, Sandata, and the Architects Darts Club, the tournament drew a massive 130-player field in the Open Singles division—one of the most competitive lineups seen this season. From early-round upsets to late-night thrillers, the action delivered nonstop excitement for players and spectators alike.

Emerging from the crowded field was Greg Academia of Mama’s Choice, who held his nerve and found the bullseye when it mattered most to claim the Open Singles championship. Louis Lopez of Malabon Jaguars powered his way to a strong second-place finish, while Noel Malicdem (Robson) and Alfonso David (Dustin Trucking 24) shared third and fourth honors after impressive tournament runs.

The depth of competition was further highlighted by the joint fifth to eighth placers—Nayr Ocampo, Bhoy Ulang, Wakz Flores, and Kenneth Madalang—each leaving their mark in a fiercely contested bracket. Rounding out the top 16 were seasoned and rising names, proving just how stacked the Open Singles field truly was.

More than just trophies and rankings, the Bayanihan Dart for a Cause stood as a powerful reminder that when passion, precision, and purpose come together, every dart thrown helps build something bigger—for the sport and the community.
