Pagadian City turned electric as the Mayor Sammy Co Cup 200,000 National Darts Tournament lit up the Asenso Convention Center on January 10–11, 2026. With 115 players answering the call, the rotunda echoed with cheers, clashing flights, and the unmistakable thud of steel on the Robson Razor Bladewire Dartboard. Organized by the PAGZUR Darts Club and backed by Robson Sportscraft, the event proved once again why Pagadian is fast becoming a powerhouse stop in the national darts calendar.
At the heart of the storm stood Oliver Ladores of Robson Zamboanga City, whose calm focus and ruthless finishing carried him through a stacked Open Singles field. Match after match, Ladores delivered under pressure, navigating tight legs and high-stakes moments before standing alone at the summit as champion. His victory was a masterclass in composure, sealing his name into the tournament’s growing legacy.

Chasing closely was Warren Yare of The One CDO, whose relentless scoring and fearless play earned him a well-deserved second-place finish. Sharing the spotlight in the semifinals were Aris Quijano of Robson and Eduard Largo of Overtime Ipil, both showcasing veteran grit and precision that kept the crowd on edge until the final darts were thrown.
The depth of talent was undeniable, with DJ Tongcopanon, Vincent Babayen-on, Rafael Arcasa, and Marion Omac rounding out the top eight after hard-fought battles. From the quarterfinals to the last 16, names like John Ray Sajol, Bobby Geba, and Mark Lumilang reminded everyone that every leg in Pagadian was earned, never given.
As the lights dimmed and the last flights were packed away, one thing was clear: the Mayor Sammy Co Cup was more than a tournament—it was a celebration of passion, precision, and the unbreakable spirit of Philippine darts.
