REFUND & RETURN POLICY

This Refund & Return Policy complies with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) and DTI Fair Trade regulations.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Incorrect items delivered

  • Missing items in the order

Items must be:

  • Reported within 48 hours of receipt

  • Unused and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-refundable unless defective:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Clearance or sale items (if stated at purchase)

  • Personalized or customized products


3. Return Process

  1. Email support@pinoydarts.com within 48 hours of receipt

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Photos/videos of the issue

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions

  4. Ship the item using the approved method

Unauthorized returns may be rejected.


4. Refund Options

Upon verification, we may offer:

  • Full refund

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

Refunds will be processed within 15–30 business days, depending on your payment provider.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is shouldered by the customer unless the issue is due to our error

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law


6. Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

Orders refused or unclaimed without valid reason may:

  • Not be eligible for a refund

  • Be subject to redelivery or handling fees


7. Consumer Protection Notice

Nothing in this policy waives your rights under Philippine consumer laws.
You may escalate unresolved complaints to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
